I have entered another 21 day
cardio challenge. I have signed up to do 3o min of
cardio every day. The last challenge I completed 920 min. of
cardio over the 21 days.... I was 3rd in the 'competition' :) My goal for this challenge is to not miss one day in the 21 days. I need to make this a priority even if it is 3 10 min walks through out the day... I can do this!! I am going to add a new ticker to track my time.
